Discover the joy of getting back into dancing with your partner in this beginner-intermediate Older Adult and Senior Couples Group Dance class. This class is offered for ages 60 and up approximately (see our additional Dance Class offered for Older Adults). This class is perfect for those who are new to dancing, or those who haven't danced in a while and are looking to get back into it and return to a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. You'll learn how to move and dance safely in a fun environment to your favorite music and experience the health benefits of movement & dancing while enjoying special quality time with your partner. As you receive all of the necessary individual attention from your instructor in this small group setting in our intimate studio, you'll feel more confident as you maintain a healthier, more comfortable lifestyle.
